Keith v Fort William Match Preview

Tomorrow I travel to Keith to watch them play Fort William at Kynoch Park. The away side come into this game on the back of a 3-1 defeat to Buckie Thistle last weekend. They are missing Andreas Broomfield, Matthew Grant and Donald MacPhee all through work commitments. On the plus Fort welcome back Andrew Hardwick and Dougie MacLennan to the team. Meanwhile Keith pushed Formartine United all the way in midweek and only are missing Aaron Scully due to work commitments.

In this match both sides will want to go back to winning ways. I have said that sometimes it’s healthy to come into a match on the back of a defeat as its gets you riled up and focused on the game plan given. I think this game is going to be close, entertaining however home advantage will prove to be the deciding factor.

Keith’s form : L L W L L

Fort William’s form : L W L W L

Verdict :I am predicting a 2-1 win for Keith. As I think their experience across the pitch with players such as Michael Ewen and creative players like Stewart Hutcheon will help them carve out a victory. But Fort William will work their socks off and make the hosts have to work hard to get all three points. Hopefully this time I will get my prediction right.
